    The Moon

    You are The Moon

    Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

    Ember or Flame

    Friday, May 23, 2008, 05:55 PM [General]

    Ember or Flame

    Are you an ember

    Are you a flame?

    Do you stand strong

Or do you melt in the rain?

    Are you a weak link

    or part of the chain?

    Are you the solution

    Or part of the blame?

    For we are the people

    and we are the change.

    Who should be watching

    Protecting the earth?

    Is the land sacred

    Or just so much dirt?

    Your sisters and brothers,

    Who helps with their pain?

Are you part of the filling

    Or part of the drain?

    For we are the power

    and we are the change.

    When modern-day Witches

    Are put to the flame

Do you go for more kindling

    Or shout down in shame?

    Do you just hang out

    When others are hanged?

    Do you make a difference

    Or just stay the same?

Are you a part of the problem

    Or part of the change?

    For we are the people

    We are the power

    We are the change.

Unfortunately I've never been to New Mexico. One day I will travel westward as there are many spiritual places I would love to visit. One place I very much would want to visit is Sedona. I'm sure that your state also has spiritual places to visit and to intake the energies. Shirley MaClaine speaks very highly of New Mexico, so she has perked my interest and yearning to experience it for myself.
Have a safe holiday weekend my friend.
    Many Warm Blessings,

Greetings V. I guess you snuck in under the radar as I didn't catch your intro, lol. I apologize for not welcoming you sooner. I hope you are enjoying your stay here. I was reading your profile, and your studies are as interesting as I have been yearning to become a wildlife park ranger, but my health prevents me from pursuing it, maybe in my next lifetime. I enjoy being by myself in nature. I also noticed you live in New Mexico. I am reading Shirley MaClaine's new book and she talks about moving into her new home in New Mexico. She claims it to be a very spiritual place, and I wouldn't doubt it at all.
Well I'll go now, but just stopped in to say hello.
    Blessings,
